Do crews need to install an app?
No. It runs in the phone's browser from a link. Nothing to install, nothing to update — it works on any modern phone.
Is my company's data private?
Yes. Every company gets a fully isolated workspace. No other contractor on the platform can see your jobs, photos or claims.
What counts as a “job”?
A job is a distinct work location you capture artefacts, a bore log or a permit against. Your monthly allowance covers most months; you only pay per-job beyond it.
Where do our photos and records end up?
Wherever you want them. The platform syncs photos and records straight into Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox, and an open API lets you push data into any system you run. On the Fleet plan you can also connect your own Asana, SharePoint and Geotab, so everything flows into the tools your business already uses.
Can more than one person work on the same job?
Yes. Crew in the field and staff in the office can open and fill the same job form at the same time — there are no locked files or version clashes, and every entry merges into one record.
Can the office reject a photo and ask for a new one?
Yes. The AI flags obvious problems automatically, and the office can mark any photo as a defect and send the crew a request for a replacement. The job stays open, with its stage and progress visible, until the evidence is right.
Can it be rolled out across a whole project?
